Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch At Mélin Hair, we take care to ensure your order is packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, so your products are on their way before you know it.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Centres (via courier): 1–3 working days
  • Regional Areas: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, your location, or factors outside our control.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery on all orders over R400
  • A flat delivery fee of R99 applies to orders under R400

Please note: Gift cards do not count toward the R400 minimum for free delivery.

Express Delivery Need it fast? Place your order before 9am for same-day dispatch. Our Express Delivery service gets your parcel to you within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays or the day before a public holiday may take up to 72 hours, as couriers do not operate over weekends or public holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Damaged or Missing Items If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at info@melinhair.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll sort it out promptly.

Delivery Address Accuracy Please double-check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. Mélin Hair cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Remote & Outlying Areas Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take a little longer or carry a small surcharge. If this applies to your order, we'll reach out before dispatch to confirm.

During peak periods such as Black Friday and the festive season, courier delays are unfortunately unavoidable. We appreciate your patience during these times.
